Commentary BY AFRIM KRASNIQI The political acts that are missing The new majority and especially the elected prime minister have more than once publicly expressed their commitment to ending abusive practices with the law and creating a new legal culture and meritocracy in the public administration. They were right when they accused the outgoing government of politicizing the administration, exerting political pressure on it, dismissals for unlawful motives and, in many cases, even questionable recruitment procedures. Between political correctness and electoral rhetoric and the practical implementation of promises there have been and continue to be clear differences. Whether this comes from a lack of information, a lack of proper advice, a lack of practice, or as a conscious political initiative, this is worth analyzing case by case. Let us look at a typical case.
