And I am very serious, I am not joking at all, because they have granted themselves great privileges! Then there is the administration, far too large to be tolerated, I say it is a heavy burden for such a poor country! I gnaw at myself, sleepless through the long nights, but what need does Albania have to have seven kinds of courts?! With endless judges, chancellors and secretaries, this small country cannot bear such a burden! Prosecutors at every level, of course an administration, and here the list becomes long and very long! Thirteen prefectures, regional councils as well, now they are left wondering for themselves what a mess is happening here! Endless municipalities-communes, bloated administrations, all with privileges, all with very decent salaries! I ask day and night, once again to myself, what does the small state need almost twenty ministries for?!
