BY Bashkim Muça Albania’s second prime minister in Belgrade Shortly after the intergovernmental meeting in Prizren, the Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama will visit Belgrade. This visit, announced by Serbian foreign minister Mrkiç, has already caused reactions in Albania and Kosovo.
