Analysis BY Erjona Rusi Geneva II, failed from the very start While Tirana was drowned by rain, a wonderful picturesque panorama caught my eye in the background of the CNN correspondent while she was reporting live from Montreux, Switzerland, on the Geneva II conference, where the Syria peace talks are officially taking place. It was undoubtedly a magnificent view of Lake Geneva, located at the foot of the Alps in the Swiss canton of Vaud, one that clears the mind so much that it is hard to focus on the CNN correspondent’s words. But as she spoke, some macabre images appeared before my eyes.
