BY BAJRAM LAMAJ[*] KLSH, administrative reform and decentralization In the second half of 2013, KLSH completed the performance audit on the topic “Administrative territorial land division in RSH,” implementing for the first time an audit with the standards of the new modern audit methodology, from which a highly professional and critical report was presented to the Ministry of Local Government, along with the necessary recommendations.
