Opinion BY DHIMITËR MUSLIA No to the “blind-eyed” murderers! The production, cultivation, and trafficking of narcotic substances has become a global concern. The political discourse on preventing substances that kill “with closed eyes” and on rehabilitating the victims of trafficking is becoming increasingly intense. On the other hand, some commentators believe that the war on drugs is a failed mission and that the phenomenon can be simplified by legalizing its production and sale. In focus from the statistics, the alarming figures show that producers and traffickers have adjusted their tactics and strategy in order to escape policies of tightening, control, and punishment of drug traffickers.
