I have a personal story about this haste, which I am going to tell. It was the time when, in my position as Coordinator of the Association of Investors and Industrialists in Albania (BI&ISH), I had to organize the International Conference: “The light industry in Albania, today and tomorrow,” at which the prime minister of the time was invited to participate and speak.
