Why did the Pope choose Albania?
Pope Francis (his full name is Jorge Mario Bergoglio) is a very special pope. In his dealings with people and in all his work, since last year, when he became Pope, he has shown, alongside boundless love and respect for human beings, a rare enthusiasm and tirelessness for a 77-year-old. His sincerity, the simple way he lives (he has chosen a small apartment, where he cooks for himself) have won the hearts of hundreds of millions of people around the world. He is the global figure whose popularity has grown the most in these years. He carries with him the characteristic energy of countries that are still young, emerging markets. Pope Francis wants to heal Europe.
