The apology we were expecting, but which is not enough
It can be called Lulëzim Basha’s Assembly without hesitation. That is my impression, and I believe that of many others as well, regarding the PD Assembly, which concluded its two-day work in Tirana. An impressive speech by Chairman Basha, who managed to create the much-sought-after difference with his predecessor Berisha, a difficult goal to achieve if we consider the political stature, myth and charisma of the former chairman, especially within the PD.
