All actions of the prosecutor during the preliminary investigations are examined by the same judge. It is decided to request and present all examinations before Judge of the Elbasan District Court, Mr. Miranda Kopiça [?]. Finally, having knowledge that the judicial postponement of the request dated 12/08/2014 by the applicants Qani Hasa and Enion Çafi [?] for “Establishing incompatibility and setting the investigation deadline”, because the same appointed actions regarding the criminal case are being carried out and the same judge.
