Since the beginning of this year, the Government announced as one of the key reforms to be completed the administrative-territorial one. The idea of such a reform and its completion within a relatively short timeframe was also supported by the international factor, especially Brussels, which placed it on the list of 5 priorities within the framework of granting Albania Candidate Country status for the EU. Therefore, specialists were also sent to Tirana from Member States of the Union for concrete quality cooperation in carrying out this reform.
