The justice system in Albania has failed. The system is corrupt and politicized to such an extent that, if you look at the polls and public opinion, it is shocking. This situation has come about for two main reasons: the interference arising from the political use of the Courts and Prosecution, and the legal shortcomings on which the Justice system has been built and operates.
