BY Ilir Dhima Arbitrariness toward the client Even in the last plenary session of the Assembly of Albania, the heated debates continued, during which the ears of those following the proceedings were drowned out by the unsubstantiated criticism of opposition MPs toward certain aspects of the Government’s activity.
