TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS
Article 55
Article 179 is amended as follows:
Article 179
1. The members of the Constitutional Court continue their activity as members of the Constitutional Court under the previous mandate. However, the Constitutional Court shall be composed of nine members.
2. The sitting members of the Constitutional Court are ranked according to the date of their appointment and are replaced by the new members appointed by the President of the Republic and Parliament and elected by the Supreme Court in the following order:
a) The first sitting member is replaced by the new member appointed by Parliament in 2017 and in this way the new member completes the mandate of the replaced member in 2025.
b) The second sitting member is replaced by the new member appointed by the President of the Republic in 2018 and in this way the new member completes the mandate of the replaced member in 2026.
c) The third sitting member is replaced by the new member elected by the Supreme Court in 2019 and in this way the new member completes the mandate of the replaced member in 2028.
d) The fourth sitting member is replaced by the new member appointed by Parliament in 2020 and in this way the new member completes the mandate of the replaced member in 2029 [?]
