REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA PARLIAMENT DRAFT LAW ON SOME ADDITIONS TO LAW NO. 69/2012 “ON THE PRE-UNIVERSITY EDUCATION SYSTEM IN THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA”, AS AMENDED Pursuant to Articles 78 and 83, paragraph 1, of the Constitution, upon the proposal of a group of deputies, THE PARLIAMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA DECIDED: In Law No. 69/2012, “On the pre-university education system in the Republic of Albania”, as amended, the following additions are made: Article 1 In Article 2, item 28 is added with the following content: “28. ‘Psycho-emotional evaluation’ is the process of collecting information about a person within a time interval and includes observation, questions to determine a diagnosis. Psycho-emotional evaluation is carried out in accordance with international diagnostic practice and also includes social and personal information. The evaluation is made by managers for general psychological data. This evaluation is usually carried out by a licensed psychiatrist over one or more periods of time and includes interviews, assessment tests, social worker.” Article 2 In Article 58, the following additions are made: 1. After item 4, items 4/1 and 4/2 are added with the following content: “4/1.
