OF ELECTED OFFICIALS AND CERTAIN PUBLIC OFFICIALS

Pursuant to Articles 78, 81 paragraph 1 and 83 paragraph 1 of the Constitution, at the proposal of a group of deputies,
THE ASSEMBLY
OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA
DECIDED:
Article 1, points b), c), ç), d), dh) is amended as follows:
b) The judge of the Constitutional Court, the President of the State Supreme Court, the Prosecutor General, the People’s Advocate, the head of the High State Control, the Prosecutor General [?], the heads of the central inspectorates, the members of the Central Election Commission and the Inspector General of the ILDKP [?]
