ownership over the assets, CEZ, nearly two years after the signing of the agreement, notes that not all assets appear to be registered with the ZRPP. CEZ, in letter no. 3567/1, dated 16.08.2011, to METE, in response to METE letter no. 5008, dated 7.7.2011, reminds METE that “this situation also existed in the agreement, since the majority of the company’s assets listed in annex 3 are found to be unregistered in the public registers. It also points out to METE, as shareholder, that even the assets registered in the public registers are found to be registered in the name of the company KESH and not in the name of the company CEZ.” For this, CEZ requested the completion of the necessary documentation for the registration of the properties, with payment of the cost of registering the property in the company’s name. The responsible structures, first and foremost METE, KESH and OSSH, bear responsibility for this action.
