EXCLUSIVE “Terrorist” seeks political asylum A GYLENIST PROFESSOR TEST FOR RAMA-ERDOGAN RELATIONS Muhammed Aydogmus We are very disappointed of two scandalous decisions of Durres Court. First, on 8 October Sunday, Muhammet Yasir Aydogmus and his family were arrested because of using fake Turkish passports and they attempted to pass. They used falsified travel document which is a crime punishable up to 5 years in prison according to Article 189 of Albanian Criminal Law. However, on 11 October 2017, Durres Court decided to release Muhammet Yasir Aydogmus in exchange for a very ridiculous amount of money. It is doubtless that these passports were products of transnational organized crime. So first decision demonstrated that using falsified passports which are produced by organized criminal network have no sanction in Albania and practice of foreigners using fake passports are free and welcome in Albania. Secondly, it is important that Muhammet Yasir Aydogmus is accused of being member to an armed terrorist organization in Turkey, namely FETO. An Albanian public witnessed what happened in Turkey on 15 July 2016, this armed organization killed 250 Turkish citizens and injured thousands. There is an arrest warrant of the Turkish against him. So, based on European Convention of Extradition, we requested After being arrested and released by the Durrës court, Muhammed Aydogmus is officially seeking protection from the Albanian state together with his family.
