PS prepares for victory On Thursday afternoon, around 400 members of the PS in Tirana gathered in the Concert Hall of the Academy of Sciences for a meeting of leading cadres, MPs and socialist councillors. On 7 December the dismissal of Brozi will be reviewed The Constitutional Court will review on 7 December the legality of the dismissal of the Secretary of the Court of Cassation, Zef Brozi. This was made known to the parliamentary group of the Socialist Party by a letter from the Constitutional Court. Brozi was dismissed from office by Parliament on 21 September, following the decision of the Constitutional Court according to which some of Brozi's decisions constituted a violation of the constitution. The parliamentary group of the Socialist Party has asked the Constitutional Court to declare Brozi's dismissal incompatible with the law, because the list of deputies voting against Brozi also included the names of several socialist deputies and members of other parties who were not present at all in the session. Meanwhile, Brozi is in the USA on a long-term study stay.
