On 18 February 1996, throughout the world, the vile insults against PS chairman Fatos Nano left a bitter taste even among the most anti-communist circles in the West. In more measured terms, the "Washington Times" called the ordinary mafia-style manipulation disgusting and unbearable, and the later use of Fatos Nano's words to deceive the public as disgusting and unbearable; by this deception, the PS press spokesman hopes to mislead the Albanian electorate, unfortunately the path followed by the virtual leader of this party has suffered. He has belatedly understood this deception in a tired and confused way, from an article written for Sunday and published on Monday morning. The article, with an inappropriate title, is closed off. The empty ambition of producing another pseudo-problem in the same machine. The aim is for people in this country to be hit and to have to struggle with everything to earn a miserable wage of 5 of it. Meanwhile, the unions controlled by him have opened the way and the first initial ones controlled by him with the government. Remembering that the first speech there in Albania has been made by a police government which protects its handcuffs with silence, the spokesman's accusers, writing after a central trip of the state, spit out the refutation.

Ordinary deception and forgery

The PSSH press spokesman's denial Regarding the article in the newspaper "Albania" of 18 February 1996, in which disgusting insinuations are made against PS chairman Fatos Nano, the PS press spokesman is authorized to declare: The forgery of the news is a head. The judgmental words of the deceitful world are offensive and unacceptable. For roadways and a double plea. We requested it with the press statement of the press spokesman of the republic with saljes "Albania" is a product of the same machine. The aim is to raise only a second pseudo-problem and to be accused again in the path of attacking its figure. Remembering also with the language as a sense of deception. Meanwhile, the unions controlled by him have opened without march and the first of the guilty. Deception is judged, and therefore the idolizers of the accuser who wrote after a long journey try to justify his action.

Euro-Atlantic orientation, an irreversible constant of the Socialist Party

Page 3 Euro-Atlantic orientation, an irreversible constant of the Socialist Party In the summer of 2000, Mr. Alfred Moisiu highly valued the role of the military factor in the reform of the Armed Forces. He said that the speed of reforms depends on good governance and the political will of countries aspiring to join NATO. Reform programmes have come as part of our Western orientation, but taking into account the requirements of a new security, which is the product of developments on the continent and of the peace in Bosnia, as well as other factors linked to national and regional interests. Meanwhile, according to him, Albania's future security challenges are also linked to efforts to deal with the consequences of internal unrest and to build functioning institutions. In another passage of the interview, he underlined that foreign and defence policy must be in coherence with the country's strategic objectives, following the Euro-Atlantic model. In this framework, the Socialist Party has considered Euro-Atlantic orientation as one of its programmatic pillars and has stated that the country's integration into Euro-Atlantic structures is an irreversible process. Editorial

Disinformation - PS strategy to hold on to power Disinformation - PS strategy to hold on to power Disinforming public opinion on the part of the leaders of the lawful state, which itself is misinformed, serves to hide the lack of transparency about the true aims of the actions of political opponents. Through a virtual world created for citizens by state television screens and newspapers controlled by those in power, it becomes possible to manipulate people's minds. Thus, according to the framework that the left-wing press tries to create, Albania is paradise on earth, its government is building capitalism with such humane traits that it is even overtaking socialism at a run in its most positive aspects, while the opposition is a dark group of unscrupulous elements who, in an irresponsible and sadistic way, are trying to sabotage the country's brilliant future. On the other hand, what people see, touch and suffer every day is a democratic system, seriously threatened by the danger of a new dictatorship, more savage, more cynical and more immoral than the first. The media controlled by the parties in power are faithfully following an editorial line aimed at relativizing every concern that arises about the peaceful march of our society. Since public resistance to lies is strong and natural, it is nevertheless necessary to magnify and trumpet every mistake of the opposition, so that it fills any vacuum created by the public's refusal to accept scandals such as the many scandals of the Nano governments. The opposition, which is presented through the cameras as the spokesman for broad social strata, is being asked to accept and justify their filthy actions of corruption, theft and violence. This propaganda model has become widely known in totalitarian systems and is now being used to persuade citizens that, regardless of their economic situation and lack of freedoms, the evil lies somewhere else.
