Journalist of "Zëri i Popullit", Kiço Londo, kidnapped and disappears
By the forces of the PS, since 7:00 p.m. last night, on "Elbasani" Street in Tirana, the representative of ZP of Athens and PS activist, journalist Kiço Londo, has been kidnapped. Immediately yesterday, after the kidnapping of journalist Kiço Londo, the editorial office of "ZP" and the entire structure of the PS made a denunciation. The Ministry of Public Order and its leaders were informed directly. For 5 hours they still have not been able to find and bring back Londo.
At 1 o'clock at night, from the telephone exchange located in the center of Tirana, below the editorial office, an unknown voice announced that the PS and the journalist had been threatened and that a masked group had taken the journalist with them. In the middle of the night, another report came to us from people close to the kidnappers, who informed us that Kiço had been beaten and was being held tied up. On the basis of this information, Kiço has been found in SHIK. On the basis of this information, Kiço was found tied hand and foot in a wooded place between Tirana and Elbasan, near the village of Mullet. Placed on top of a tree trunk and threatened, their intention seems clear.
Tirana:
Tens of thousands of people at a magnificent rally sign the message:
Statement by the leaders of the PSSH in Italy
The statement by the leaders of the PS in Italy is made even more serious by the anti-pluralist, anti-legal act that marks a flagrant violation of fundamental democratic and human rights. The masks of the police and Nato. Seven members and leaders of the PSSH activity in Italy, Albanian citizens in emigration, are being held under arrest in a completely arbitrary manner. We demand that light be urgently shed on this ugly provocation that has created panic in the ranks of the PSSH in Italy. I bring to attention that Albania and Italy can never erase the stereotype of Nato, fanaticism and that such an individual and asocial of Nato. The order and the conduct toward them by the Italian police and the restrictions on our movement are completely arbitrary and severely undermine the insecurity that is being given to the Socialist Party.
