It is announced throughout the PS KDP network that on 20 August 1996, at 10:00, at the central headquarters the school meetings of the PS KDP are to be held the following day; all secretaries of the PS KDP are to report to Kavajë. The program instructions will be held from 20 to 22 August under the direction of the PS KDP; the chairpersons of the PS KDP and the secretary of the organization will attend and will receive the conference, the program and the new statute. The program instructions will take place at 8:00 at the KPS. As the PS KDP meetings are held, they are to be maintained by the comrades of the organization until 20 August. All those contacted are to carry out the necessary actions to respect and implement faithfully the decisions of the PS KPD.
