Thanking you, the delegates to the 2nd Congress of the PSSH, for the confidence you placed in all of us in the party’s collective leadership, I congratulate you on the new mandate and responsibility you have received, and wish you success in your work! I have the honor and duty to invite all of you, as members of the General Steering Committee of the PSSH, to the first meeting of this high-level body, on Friday, 30.8.1996, at 10:00, at the PSSH headquarters. PSSH has the following agenda: 1. Election of the party’s leadership structures and officials that fall under the authority of the General Steering Committee. 2.
