The foreign affairs secretary of the Social Democrats of the Socialist Party of Albania, Mr. Maqo Lakrori, met with the Second Secretary of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Albania, Mr. Wolf Kukenbecker, to discuss Germany's foreign policy toward Albania. Mr. Lakrori informed Mr. Wolf of the main results of the XX Congress of the Socialist International, in which he himself had participated as a representative of the SPA. He presented the SPA's position on elections and on the major issues of the moment in Albanian-German relations.
