Today the Third Congress of the Eurosocialist Youth meets in Tirana. This is a sister youth organization to its counterparts in Europe. The young people of the Socialist Party of Albania, FRESSH, have taken part in the valuable European youth organization since the beginnings of pluralism in Albania and especially since 1992, with the overcoming of the difficulties they had to face. Thanks to the prestige FRESSH gained within the country in populist debates and the failures of the democrats and social democrats, it became part of all Socialist Youth organizations on the Continent. It ranks among the first for organizational work and its intense social and political activity. This made it possible to hold joint meetings with the young people of the socialist and social-democratic parties of the Balkans. Within this framework, it will analyze its work to date and, from a forward-looking perspective, the rules of organization and work. This will involve a report on education on the path toward political training and [za?]ki[?]së with FRESSH units. After the approval of the necessary changes to the Statute and the program, which would be adapted to the needs of the Socialist Party in power and would also express the ideas of young women, after the re-election of the National Steering Council, in addition to Albanian delegates, 26 socialist and social-democratic delegations from the Balkans and Western Europe and the European Union will gather in Tirana for the first time in Albania. Thanks to the prestige FRESSH gained within the country in populist debates and the lack of success of their growing social and organizational activity on our continent. It in joint meetings of the socialist youth and social democrats of the Balkans. The above-mentioned congress will take place at a time when Albania is in a serious situation. For this development FRESSH has taken its own responsibilities, gained experience and influenced Albanian public opinion.
