On 10.12.97 Mr. Bardhyl Zhulali stated to “Koha Jone” that the original tape of the video broadcast on December 6 in the program “Opinion” on TVSH, according to which the former chief of SHIK, Gazidede, and his SHIK agents together with his bodyguard, Mr. Avdyl Murrizi, had killed on September 14, 1998[?] one of their four opponents in Shkoder. According to the statement and comment by “Koha Jone”, the video was manipulated and, in connection with this, Mr. Zhulali has filed a complaint with the Albanian justice authorities for defamation, insult and denigration. However, on 10 December 1997 Mr. Avdyl Murrizi, in his statement before the OPGJ in Tirana, admits that the videotape broadcast on 6 December on “Opinion” on TVSH is genuine.
