Speaking in a calm tone and with the confidence of a statesman at this Dubrovnik Summit, Prime Minister Paskal Milo [?] aimed to calm the situation in the region and to remove the anxiety of the neighbors about what is happening in the Balkans. According to him, our country is undergoing important political, economic and social transformations; it has even entered normality. Representatives of the countries of the continent have expressed this with sympathy and ever greater respect and confidence in our country.
