TIRANA — “It has been almost two months since I submitted requests to initiate criminal proceedings against the former presidents of the companies, but I have encountered a lack of support for my request,” says Arapi.
“For me, now, despite the transparency process, actions put on for show no longer have any value—those involving statements about money laundering and trafficking. What matters is uncovering the whereabouts of the financial assets held outside Albania,” Arapi continues.
