Everything was done according to the thief’s principle, “take whatever you can get,” and not according to the laws of the state The facsimile we are publishing, concerning privatization practices in the district of Përmet, is only one of thousands of documents and pieces of evidence showing that the privatization carried out by the PD, without a law and based on a decision that allowed documents to be destroyed after one year, was nothing other than a large-scale theft of national wealth, intended for party business activity and contrary to the principles of the market economy—something that merits the serious attention and action of the competent bodies of the rule-of-law state.
