Yesterday, at the invitation of German Foreign Minister Klaus Kinkel, Albanian Prime Minister Fatos Nano left for a visit to Germany.
Nano will take part in the expanded meeting that the Contact Group for the former Yugoslavia will hold in Bonn. Before leaving, Nano stated at Rinas Airport: “Kosovo is an issue that no longer belongs to Serbia.”
