It is natural that, after the fact that there will be changes in the government was announced, administrative employees in general, and those in the ministries in particular, are in a period of waiting.
The press has speculated, and continues to speculate, a great deal about the changes expected to be made. Of course, that is not its job. But that is not where the problem lies.
