PRESENTED BY PRIME MINISTER NANO Yesterday, Mr. Fatos Nano presented the cabinet of ministers to the deputies, in which new names were introduced in this context. Under article 7.6 of law no. 7491, dated 29.4.1991, “On the main constitutional provisions,” as amended by law no. 8257, dated 16.9.1998, and in implementation of article 74 of the Rules of Procedure of the People’s Assembly, following the relevant review and the relevant talks, and after the new government was elected in plenary session by the deputies, the President of the Republic, by decree no. 2048, dated 16.4.1998, decreed, on the basis of the proposal made by Prime Minister Fatos Nano, that the government shall have the following composition: PAGE 6
