. At dawn today, American, British, German, French, and Italian forces take Kosovo. Here is how NATO troops will be deployed in Kosovo. Serbian withdrawal. NATO entry. FRENCH FORCES: 3,000 personnel who will enter in the morning and take up positions in the northwestern part.
