Prime Minister Majko visited yesterday the site where 210 million are being invested
Deadlines: completion in four months
Two months ago, the government allocated 210 million lekë to the Tirana municipality, part of the financial aid donated by the government of Pakistan, amounting to 5,000 thousand dollars. As planned, this entire sum was to be used to improve the city’s infrastructure.
There were three sites that would regain their appearance thanks to the fund of 210 million lekë:
1. Improvement and asphalting of “Ali Demi” Street;
2. Repair of the road by the artificial lake;
3. Improvement and asphalting of the ring road.
These are precisely the three sites that yesterday became the focus of the country’s prime minister, Pandeli Majko, who went out into the field and spoke at length with their builders. The head of government’s visit was not merely a ceremonial ritual, but a very concrete effort to see for himself the sites on which the government had spent a considerable amount of money.
