QUANTITY – 4 quintals of drugs in the military police car! SCANDAL! “Cannabis” was being transported at midnight, escorted by two officers, one from the military police in Mjekës and the other an SHISH officer! OPERATION – The swift and astute actions of the “lightning” operation group of the Elbasan police directorate, led by Koseni, meant that six more people in the Devoll district were caught red-handed while waiting for the “goods,” bringing the number of those arrested in this trafficking network to 9 so far, from 23:00 the day before yesterday at the Miraka checkpoint until the early hours of yesterday morning. THE ROUTE Thus, an important part of this trafficking network has been dismantled, from Dumre in Elbasan, where the “goods” were loaded, all the way to Kapshtica, while investigations have focused on their origin, in Fier, Berat and Lushnje, from where they are believed to have arrived in Dumre.
