Discussion and approval of the 2000 political calendar and the year's political slogans. 2. Approval of the Rules of Procedure of the General Steering Committee of the Socialist Party. 3. Approval of the normative acts for implementing the statute of the Socialist Party of Albania and its amendments. 4. Approval of the decision and instructions of the General Steering Committee concerning new elections in the Socialist Party. 5. Adoption of the composition and work platforms of the committees of the General Steering Committee of the Socialist Party. 6. Discussion of the principles of the Cooperation Convention of the Alliance for the State Coalition.
