Albright on foot on Tirana Boulevard
Today the U.S. Secretary of State Albright arrives
From 6:00 to 16:00, there will be restricted traffic on the central boulevard. According to the American Embassy in Tirana: the message of Secretary of State Madlen Albright’s visit is that "the country is improving more quickly and visibly". Poçi: "We have not been able to welcome Mrs. Albright with walkabouts out of civic goodwill"
