I am very pleased with all the talks I held today, with all the discussions and conversations. I have placed emphasis on many issues of economic reforms and of both local and central governance, as well as on consolidating the institutions of administration and the state. Starting from a very favorable macroeconomic framework, taking into account economic growth, it has been determined that foreign direct investment must increase much more and become a very important factor of development for the country.
Furthermore, reducing taxes in Albania by up to 80 percent, monetary and financial stability, minimizing inflation, and the simultaneous reduction of unemployment create very favorable opportunities to secure a climate of confidence and further accelerate economic development.

It is a phenomenal thing, that with 8 million inhabitants in Albania, 400 thousand children were going to school. Reforms continued and because of this Albanians are growing. This is a very clear demonstration that the Albanian government is serious and that this government is one that is truly interested in reforming the country. That there are people who think about education, health, and law and order, and for all this the security of our government and its law is achieved!
