Based on Article 6 of Law No. 7561, dated 29.04.1992, “On certain amendments and additions to Law No. 7491, dated 29.04.1991, ‘On the main constitutional provisions,’” I propose to the People's Assembly: 1. For President of the Court of Cassation, Mr. Avni Shehu, currently Deputy
