(ATSH) Port of Durrës, 15 March. Together with the Ambassador of Italy to our country, Mr. Paolo Foresti, and the Consul General of Italy in Shkodër, Alessandro Palmieri, Mr. Vittorio Cifarelli arrived yesterday evening at the Port of Durrës; he has been appointed as the new Amba
