Detained in Tirana TIRANA — Two young men, Arjan Buzali from Zall-Herri and Astrit Basha from Selita, have been detained by officers of Police Commissariat No. 1 in Tirana. The reason was their forcible abduction of the female citizen M.F. in order to force her to live with them
