New Dibër, around 11.1.1993, at the request of a group of miners, workers and specialists from the Bulqizë chrome mine, we met in the union council office its chairman, Mr. Abdyl Daci, who informed us of the many grievances of the mine workforce. This mine, with over 3,000 worker
