Debates and numerous writings, in a somewhat combative tone, have emerged regarding the enterprise, properties and wealth of the former Party of Labour.
The views expressed in this debate have gone so far as to make it not a simple issue, but a major social and political problem. The demand to return the properties and wealth of the former PPSh has become one of the main topics of public discussion, especially in the period of transition. In these conditions, many demand that the wealth of the former party pass into the hands of the state.
Former communists, who held power until the end of their lives, are accused of wanting to appropriate the wealth of the Party of Labour, but their opponents stress that this wealth should not become the property of another political force, but should belong to the Albanian state. This idea is based on the need for justice and transparency.
This debate also mentions concrete names and issues, such as former officials, properties, buildings, land and institutions that were part of the PPSh.
Debate të diskutume e shkrime të shumta, nënë një sens përpasiv, përsa i përket sipërmarrjes, pronave dhe pasurisë së ish-Partisë së Punës.
Mendimet e shprehura në këtë debat, kanë shkuar deri aty sa e kanë ngritur si çështje jo të thjeshtë, por si një problem të madh shoqëror e politik. Kërkesa për kthimin e pronave dhe pasurive të ish-PPSH-së është bërë një nga temat kryesore të diskutimit publik, sidomos në kohën e tranzicionit. Në këto kushte, shumë kërkojnë që pasuria e partisë së dikurshme të kalojë në duart e shtetit.
Komunistët e dikurshëm, të cilët e kanë mbajtur deri në fund të jetës së tyre pushtetin, janë akuzuar se duan të përvetësojnë pasurinë e Partisë së Punës, por kundërshtarët e tyre theksojnë se kjo pasuri nuk duhet të kthehet në pasuri të një force tjetër politike, por duhet t’i takojë shtetit shqiptar. Kjo ide mbështetet në nevojën për drejtësi dhe transparencë.
Në këtë debat përmenden edhe emra dhe çështje konkrete, si ish-zyrtarë, prona, ndërtesa, toka dhe institucione që kanë qenë pjesë e PPSH-së.
Dibattiti e numerosi articoli, in tono piuttosto aggressivo, sono emersi riguardo all’impresa, alle proprietà e al patrimonio dell’ex Partito del Lavoro.
Le opinioni espresse in questo dibattito sono arrivate al punto da farne non una questione semplice, ma un grande problema sociale e politico. La richiesta di restituire le proprietà e il patrimonio dell’ex PPSh è diventata uno dei temi principali del dibattito pubblico, soprattutto nel periodo di transizione. In queste condizioni, molti chiedono che il patrimonio dell’ex partito passi nelle mani dello Stato.
I vecchi comunisti, che hanno mantenuto il potere fino alla fine della loro vita, sono accusati di voler appropriarsi del patrimonio del Partito del Lavoro, ma i loro oppositori sottolineano che questo patrimonio non deve diventare proprietà di un’altra forza politica, bensì appartenere allo Stato albanese. Questa idea si basa sulla necessità di giustizia e trasparenza.
In questo dibattito vengono menzionati anche nomi e questioni concrete, come ex funzionari, proprietà, edifici, terreni e istituzioni che facevano parte della PPSh.
