If these homes are privatized, they will require a long time to be protected and handled, but the problem is that they also contain a private portion. Therefore, it should not be done in a rushed manner.
Our newspaper has discussed this issue also with other ministry leaders and has concluded that housing privatization should not be carried out immediately once a law is issued, but should have a proper legal solution.
It cannot be accepted that there should be a general solution for such a complicated issue.
Përse? Zoti ministër, projektet e privatizimit të banesave duhen zgjidhur tani, sepse me këtë mekanizëm të krijuar në atë kohë nga qeveria e cila i quajti këto shoqëri si profesionale? Kjo zgjidhje do të kishte drejtësi dhe do të ishte në dobi të shumicës.
Në qoftë se këto banesa do të privatizohen, ato do të kërkojnë shumë kohë për t'u mbrojtur dhe për t'u trajtuar, por problemi është se brenda tyre ka edhe një pjesë private. Pra nuk duhet të bëhet në mënyrë të përshpejtuar.
Gazeta jonë e ka diskutuar këtë çështje edhe me drejtuesit e tjerë të ministrive dhe ka arritur në përfundimin se privatizimi i banesave nuk duhet të bëhet sipas të dalë ligji, por duhet të ketë një zgjidhje të mirëfilltë ligjore.
Nuk mund të pranohet që të ketë një zgjidhje të përgjithshme për një çështje kaq të ndërlikuar.
Perché? Signor ministro, i progetti di privatizzazione degli alloggi devono essere risolti ora, perché con questo meccanismo creato allora dal governo, che chiamava queste strutture associazioni professionali? Una soluzione del genere sarebbe giusta e andrebbe a beneficio della maggioranza.
Se queste abitazioni venissero privatizzate, richiederebbero molto tempo per essere tutelate e gestite, ma il problema è che al loro interno esiste anche una parte privata. Quindi non bisogna farlo in modo frettoloso.
Il nostro giornale ha discusso questa questione anche con altri dirigenti ministeriali e ha concluso che la privatizzazione degli alloggi non deve avvenire appena esce una legge, ma deve avere una vera soluzione giuridica.
Non si può accettare che ci sia una soluzione generale per una questione così complicata.
