“La legge 7501 è stata applicata solo nei cimiteri?”

Since 25.02.1994 this question has again been raised with considerable concern by various political forces in the country, and especially by the Republican Party, which in the parliamentary commission in the Assembly of Albania has once more brought up this issue.
In addition, republican leaders and other opposition representatives stressed that Law 7501, adopted for the distribution of land, has been implemented unfairly and that numerous problems continue in the countryside. They called for a review of its implementation, linking it to property rights, justice, and political stability. In the debates held in Parliament, the consequences this law has caused in village conflicts and in relations between communities were also mentioned.
The article emphasizes that the Republican Party is seeking to present itself as a right-wing force in the Albanian political spectrum, focusing on property reform and the protection of peasant interests. The criticism is directed against the way land has been distributed and the lack of a fair solution for former owners.
Nga 25.02.1994 kjo pyetje përmblidhet me shqetësim të madh të mjaftueshëm përsëri nga përfaqësues të ndryshëm të forcave politike në vend dhe veçanërisht nga Partia Republikane, e cila në komisionin e mbledhur në Kuvendin e Shqipërisë ka ngritur sërish këtë çështje.
Përveç kësaj, udhëheqësit republikanë dhe përfaqësues të tjerë të opozitës kanë theksuar se ligji 7501, i miratuar për ndarjen e tokës, është zbatuar në mënyrë të padrejtë dhe se probleme të shumta vazhdojnë në fshat. Ata kanë kërkuar rishikimin e zbatimit të tij, duke e lidhur me pronësinë, drejtësinë dhe stabilitetin politik. Në debatet e zhvilluara në Kuvend janë përmendur edhe pasojat që ky ligj ka sjellë në konfliktet e fshatrave dhe në marrëdhëniet mes komuniteteve.
Në artikull theksohet se Partia Republikane po synon të paraqitet si një forcë e djathtë në spektrin politik shqiptar, me theks në reformën e pronës dhe mbrojtjen e interesave të fshatarësisë. Kritika drejtohet kundër mënyrës së shpërndarjes së tokës dhe mungesës së një zgjidhjeje të drejtë për pronarët e mëparshëm.
Dal 25.02.1994 questa questione è stata nuovamente sollevata con grande preoccupazione da diverse forze politiche del paese, in particolare dal Partito Repubblicano, che nella commissione riunita nell’Assemblea dell’Albania ha riproposto ancora una volta il tema.
Inoltre, i dirigenti repubblicani e altri rappresentanti dell’opposizione hanno sottolineato che la legge 7501, approvata per la distribuzione della terra, è stata applicata in modo ingiusto e che numerosi problemi continuano nelle campagne. Hanno chiesto una revisione della sua applicazione, collegandola alla proprietà, alla giustizia e alla stabilità politica. Nei dibattiti tenuti in Parlamento sono state menzionate anche le conseguenze che questa legge ha provocato nei conflitti dei villaggi e nei rapporti tra le comunità.
L’articolo sottolinea che il Partito Repubblicano cerca di presentarsi come una forza di destra nello spettro politico albanese, con enfasi sulla riforma della proprietà e sulla difesa degli interessi dei contadini. La critica è rivolta al modo in cui è stata distribuita la terra e alla mancanza di una soluzione giusta per i precedenti proprietari.
