This concerns what is happening with pensioners in the city and in the countryside. Most of them are elderly people who have become a heavy burden for society. Pensions, after the economic changes, are providing less and less security for older citizens. The lack of social services, rising prices and insufficient income have left many of them in poverty.
In recent years, with the major changes, there have been serious difficulties in the pension system. Wages have fallen, contributions have become harder to collect, and many pensioners have been left with very low incomes. In this way, pensioners are seen as a group that requires special support from the state.
Most recently, the state advocate from the democratic government, together with several teachers, has called for the state to take more responsibility for pensions and services for the elderly. In some parts of the country, families of the elderly have been left to care for them on their own, while public institutions fail to provide adequate solutions.

Bëhet fjalë për atë që po ndodh me pensionistët në qytet dhe në fshat. Pjesa më e madhe e tyre janë njerëz të moshuar që janë kthyer në barrë të rëndë për shoqërinë. Pensionet, pas ndryshimeve ekonomike, po japin gjithnjë e më pak siguri për qytetarët e moshuar. Mungesa e shërbimeve sociale, rritja e çmimeve dhe pamjaftueshmëria e të ardhurave i kanë lënë shumë prej tyre në varfëri.
Në vitet e fundit, me ndryshimet e mëdha, ka pasur vështirësi të mëdha në sistemin e pensioneve. Pagat janë ulur, kontributet janë bërë më të vështira për t’u mbledhur dhe shumë pensionistë kanë mbetur me të ardhura shumë të ulëta. Në këtë mënyrë, pensionistët shihen si një shtresë që kërkon mbështetje të veçantë nga shteti.
Më së fundi avokati i shtetit nga qeveria demokratike, bashkë me disa mësues, ka kërkuar që shteti të marrë më shumë përgjegjësi për pensionet dhe për shërbimet për të moshuarit. Në disa pjesë të vendit, familjet e të moshuarve janë lënë të kujdesen vetë për ta, ndërsa institucionet publike nuk arrijnë të japin zgjidhje të mjaftueshme.

In questo modo, i pensionati sono visti come uno strato che richiede un sostegno speciale da parte dello Stato.
Più recentemente, l’avvocato dello Stato del governo democratico, insieme ad alcuni insegnanti, ha chiesto che lo Stato assuma maggiori responsabilità per le pensioni e per i servizi agli anziani. In alcune parti del Paese, le famiglie degli anziani sono state lasciate sole a prendersene cura, mentre le istituzioni pubbliche non riescono a fornire soluzioni adeguate.
