In his speech, he said that the true path of politics in Albania passes through economic development, the building of institutions, and respect for the citizens’ vote. He also criticized the lack of cooperation among political forces and stressed that the opposition must be constructive. According to him, the opposition should not remain only in opposition, but should propose concrete solutions to the country’s problems.
On the economic front, he spoke about privatization, foreign investment, and poverty. He said more jobs must be opened and conditions created for the development of private enterprise.
Relations with the West, according to him, are important for Albania’s stability and integration.

Marrëdhëniet me Perëndimin, sipas tij, janë të rëndësishme për stabilitetin dhe integrimin e Shqipërisë.

Sul piano economico ha parlato di privatizzazione, investimenti esteri e povertà. Ha detto che bisogna aprire più posti di lavoro e creare condizioni per lo sviluppo dell’impresa privata.
I rapporti con l’Occidente, secondo lui, sono importanti per la stabilità e l’integrazione dell’Albania.
