At this meeting with the chairmen of the PD, PDK, PDR and others, Ruli said that the leadership of the PDSH will soon convene an assembly to discuss tax administration reform, adding that the laws of the new government are written in the spirit of a democratic state.
"Some opposition parties, such as the PD and their parliamentary group, instead of seeking to be part of the opposition, came up with ideas for a joint government. That was the wrong position."
At the joint press conference with Mr. Meksi, Ruli said citizens should be assured that order and calm will be established in Albania. He said the possibility of taking strong measures has not been ruled out.
According to him, "I foresee the risk of chaos." Ruli said the government will take measures against those who incite unrest and destabilization.
Në këtë takim me kryetarët e PD-së, PDK-së, PDR-së dhe të tjerë, Ruli tha se kryesia e PDSH-së, së shpejti do të thërrasë një kuvend ku do të diskutohet për reformën e administratës tatimore, duke shtuar se ligjet e qeverisë së re janë të shkruara me frymën e shtetit demokratik.
"Disa parti të opozitës, si PD e grupi parlamentar i tyre, në vend që të kërkonin të ishin pjesë e opozitës, shpikën ide për një qeveri të përbashkët. Ky ishte një pozicion i gabuar".
Në konferencën e përbashkët me zotin Meksi, Ruli tha se qytetarët duhet të jenë të sigurt se do të vendoset rendi dhe qetësia në Shqipëri. Ai tha se nuk është përjashtuar mundësia e marrjes së masave të forta.
Sipas tij, "parandjej rrezikun e kaosit". Ruli tha se qeveria do të marrë masa kundër atyre që nxisin trazira dhe destabilizim.

Nella conferenza congiunta con il signor Meksi, Ruli ha detto che i cittadini devono essere sicuri che in Albania saranno ristabiliti ordine e tranquillità. Ha affermato che non è esclusa la possibilità di adottare misure कठोर [sic].
Secondo lui, "prevedo il rischio del caos". Ruli ha detto che il governo adotterà misure contro coloro che fomentano disordini e destabilizzazione.
