A great hope and a great responsibility! Yes, we are in that feeling every day... Today's realities make the situation easier because they have been created by the state of the clan that has governed? Some politicians come forward through testimony more as a union of personal interests than as a sincere effort for democracy.
On the other hand, the war as a whole must also be suppressed. Never in a more stable situation in Albania? But it must be the focus of caricaturist M. Belortaja.

Nëse huajat lëkën. Ne mbetim këtu, ne mbetem në fund, a e sheh të ndihmë vetveten? A ka shtrirë kaq shumë demokratizimi situatën drejt një kompromis? Pse të mos ulen në tryezë kur opozita të ka kundërshtuar?...
Përgjegjësia politike mbetet vetëm nga opozita? Ne të gjitha veprimet që bëhet bota e huaj... e keni lexuar, nuk më kalon asnjë mendje për tjetër ndonjë zgjidhje.
Një shpresë e madhe dhe një përgjegjësi e madhe! Po, me jemi në këtë ndjenjë për çdo ditë... Realitetet e sotme lehtësojnë situatën sepse janë të krijuara nga gjendja e klanit që ka qeverisë? Disa politikanë vijnë nëpërmjet dëshmive më shumë si një bashkim i interesave personale, sesa një përpjekje e sinqertë për demokraci.
Nga ana tjetër duhet të jetë e shtypur edhe lufta në tërësi. Asnjëherë në një situatë më të qëndrueshme në Shqipëri? Por duhet të fokusit të karikaturistit M. Belortaja.

Se gli stranieri se ne vanno. Restiamo qui, restiamo fino in fondo, lo vedi, per aiutarci da soli? La democratizzazione ha spinto così tanto la situazione verso un compromesso? Perché non sedersi al tavolo quando l’opposizione ti ha contestato?...
La responsabilità politica ricade solo sull’opposizione? In tutte le azioni compiute dal mondo esterno... come hai letto, non mi viene in mente nessun’altra soluzione.
Una grande speranza e una grande responsabilità! Sì, siamo in questo stato d’animo ogni giorno... Le realtà di oggi attenuano la situazione perché sono state create dallo stato del clan che ha governato? Alcuni politici emergono attraverso testimonianze più come un’unione di interessi personali che come un sincero sforzo per la democrazia.
D’altra parte bisogna sopprimere anche la guerra nel suo insieme. Mai in una situazione più stabile in Albania? Ma deve essere il punto di attenzione del caricaturista M. Belortaja.
