Serbian forces began an “unstable offensive” in the Podujeva region (northern Kosovo), the Kosovo Information Center (QIK) announced, as reported by Reuters. According to QIK, the attack began at 09:00, while forces of the army and Serbian paramilitary bands are positioned near the borders of Albania. Sipas QIK-ut, sulmi filloi më 09:00, ndërsa forcat e ushtrisë dhe të bandave paramilitare serbe janë të pozicionuara afër kufijve të Shqipërisë. Republika e Kosovës është marrë me dëbimin e popullatës. Por vështirësitë e saj, siç mësohet, kanë filluar që më 31.12.1998 dhe 1.2.3 dhomë agjunt.
